Schedule Overview
We're excited to share a detailed agenda in the coming months! In the meantime, we wanted to provide a high-level tentative overview to help you plan your travel and time in Nairobi.
Summit kicks off on Sunday, September 10 – we suggest you arrive the evening prior on Saturday, September 9. We'll close things out on Wednesday, September 13, with a final farewell party that evening. *If you plan on attending pre-or-post trips, your arrival and departure travel dates will vary (see below more details). Most foreigners need a visa to travel to Kenya. Travelers from only 43 countries can visit Kenya without a visa for up to 90 days. Unless you’re from a visa-exempt country, you will need a visa for your trip to Kenya. All Kenyan travel visas are now issued online ONLY (click here to apply). Visas are no longer available on arrival in Kenya.
Hotel is approximately 25 km from Jomo Kenyatta Airport (NBO)

Our Venue: Tribe & Trademark Hotels
Our main venue will be the Tribe Hotel and Trademark Hotel, both located within the gated Village Market in the capital's Embassy District (it's a five-minute walk from one hotel to the other). We'll host most of our programming here and provide transportation service to and from the hotel for all our special events and experiences. We expect our block to sell out — see special links below for each hotel. Book now to guarantee a room under our special rate!
